暖貼暖寶寶外袋包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)集制袋,裝貼膏片,暖貼,暖寶寶,打印批號,四邊封口,開撕裂口,切斷和包裝成品輸送全部一次性完成.

Usage: Machine is developed that bag making, plaster packing, batch coding, four sides sealing, rift opening, cutting, packing and feeding of the finished products at one time.

暖貼暖寶寶外袋包裝機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

可編程序控制:采用PLC 可編程序控制器和伺服馬達(dá),使整機(jī)運(yùn)行程序化.
觸摸屏幕顯示:主機(jī)速度,設(shè)置袋長,實(shí)際袋長,補(bǔ)償量,都會在屏幕上顯示,一目了然.
袋長自動調(diào)節(jié):包裝長度的變換在觸摸屏上自行設(shè)定,由電腦程序自動調(diào)整長度,非常方便快捷.
雙向補(bǔ)償對標(biāo):進(jìn)口光電檢測色標(biāo),由PLC電腦程序結(jié)合伺服馬達(dá)控制,自動跟蹤,使對標(biāo)快速,準(zhǔn)確.
左右光電糾偏:使袋子兩邊對齊,平整美觀.
記憶存儲功能:具有10組數(shù)據(jù)記憶存儲功能.
收廢料裝置:采用磁粉控制驅(qū)動,可使包裝材料張力平衡,整機(jī)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定.
貼膏自動加料:能適合多種貼膏,1-5片的自動加料.

Characteristic:

Programmable control: It adopts PLC programmable controller and servomotor to make the whole machine running programmed.
Touch screen display: The information of machine running speed, bag-length setting, the actual bag length, compensation value and packing output will be clearly shown on the screen.
Automatic adjustment of bag length: Packing length can be set directly on the touch screen and be adjusted automatically by the compensation of for alignment: Imported photoelectric detector is adopted to detect the color code and controlled by PLC computer program and servomotor to track automatically, which makes the color code detection quick and accurate.

Photoelectric rectification horizontally: It makes two sides aligned and the package smoothly and beautifully.
