本設(shè)備是一種帶有保溫層夾套而呈圓柱型的立體密封設(shè)備，采用簡(jiǎn)單高效水力噴射器抽真空。本設(shè)備共分三部分，蒸發(fā)室、加熱盤管及分離器。料液由蒸發(fā)室上部被吸入室內(nèi)，加熱盤管由三到五排的扁圓形不銹鋼管組成，蒸汽在盤管的空間內(nèi)加熱，現(xiàn)新型的濃縮器下封頭內(nèi)增加一組小盤管，料液低于30公斤也可以蒸發(fā)。本設(shè)備不易跑料，清洗方便，外形美觀，保溫層外用不銹鋼薄板，表面亞光處理，符合醫(yī)藥食品衛(wèi)生法要求，達(dá)到GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
