【進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)真空蝶閥】詳細(xì)說明：
氣動(dòng)高真空蝶閥是指工作壓力低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓，形成一定真空的閥門，是真空系統(tǒng)中用來調(diào)節(jié)氣流量、切斷和接通管路的元件，一般用于控制空氣和非腐蝕性氣體。氣動(dòng)真空蝶閥的閥板采用夾緊結(jié)構(gòu)，把閥板的密封圈夾緊，泄露量為零，除了能用在真空狀態(tài)下,也能在低壓狀態(tài)下使用。氣動(dòng)真空蝶閥以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，帶動(dòng)碟板旋轉(zhuǎn)來作啟閉運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而達(dá)到對管路氣流的接通或切斷，分為雙作用和單作用，單作用具有彈簧復(fù)位的作用，可在故障時(shí)自動(dòng)復(fù)位。
Pneumatic high vacuum butterfly valve refers to a valve whose working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure, forming a certain vacuum. It is used to regulate air flow, cut off and connect pipelines in the vacuum system. It is generally used to control air and non-corrosive gases. The valve plate of pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve adopts clamping structure, which clamps the sealing ring of the valve plate with zero leakage. 氣動(dòng)真空蝶閥由氣動(dòng)活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)與真空蝶閥組合構(gòu)成。
氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)相同規(guī)格有雙作用式、單作用式(彈簧復(fù)位)；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸角度可調(diào)節(jié)-5～+50范圍；所有滑動(dòng)部件采用塑料軸承襯套、導(dǎo)向，保持小摩擦力，并有效地抵抗磨損；外殼表面陽極化電鍍，防腐蝕保護(hù)；旋轉(zhuǎn)軸鍍硬質(zhì)鎳磷合金；螺絲、螺母為不銹鋼；單作用式彈簧預(yù)裝在彈簧座內(nèi)，很容易裝配或增補(bǔ)彈簧數(shù)量；連接、安裝接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模塊設(shè)計(jì)，方便配裝蝶閥、信號(hào)盒及控制附件；可選擇旋轉(zhuǎn)方向順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)或逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)；兩端調(diào)節(jié)螺絲可調(diào)節(jié)小于標(biāo)定角度調(diào)整。特殊的腐蝕環(huán)境可采用不銹鋼外殼。
