設備概述：

本機專門針對200L（托盤式）/IBC共用的的液體包裝而設計的智能化包裝系統(tǒng)。本設備采用視覺尋口，實現(xiàn)自動開蓋、自動下潛快滿速灌裝、自動接漏、自動封螺紋蓋等全流程自動化的包裝。主機采用環(huán)保外框，可視窗，進出桶自動升降移門，灌裝時可形成封閉空間。本機電氣控制部分由PLC可編程控制器、稱重模塊、視覺系統(tǒng)等組成，控制能力強，自動化程度高。具備無桶不灌裝，對不準桶口不灌裝等功能，避免了物料的浪費和污染，使機器的機電一體化得到了的表現(xiàn)。

This machine is an intelligent packaging system specially designed for 200L (tray type)/IBC shared liquid packaging. This equipment adopts visual opening to realize automatic packaging of the whole process, such as automatic opening, automatic diving, fast filling, automatic leakage, and

automatic screw cap sealing. The main machine adopts an environmentally friendly outer frame, a visual window, and an automatic lifting and sliding door in and out of the barrel, which can form a closed space during filling. The electrical control part of the machine is composed of PLC programmable controller, weighing module, vision system, etc., with strong control ability and high degree of automation. It has the functions of not filling if there is no barrel, not filling the barrel if the mouth is not correct, avoiding the waste and pollution of materials, and making the mechanical and electrical integration of the machine a perfect performance.
