HF-IE型全自動液體包裝機(jī)，用于醬油、醋、白酒、牛奶等高檔液體的定量包裝。具有
以下特點(diǎn)：
      1、全機(jī)采用單凸輪控制，橫豎封雙桿回拉式控制熱合，壓力更平均，操作更方便，維修更簡單。
      2、使用熱合材料廣，能對各種多層復(fù)合膜，黑白阻氧保鮮膜、高溫蒸煮膜、高壓聚乙烯膜等熱合材料進(jìn)行熱合包裝。
      3、熱合溫度采用高精度智能型微電腦儀表進(jìn)行控制。具有三邊封（側(cè)封）、背封、四邊封等功能。
      4、走膜系統(tǒng)采用普通走膜方法和觸膜電腦控制。光電跟蹤，圖案更完整、美觀。并能設(shè)定和顯示調(diào)整所用長度，計(jì)數(shù)報警裝置。’
      5、日期打印采用鋼字打印和碳帶打印兩種打印法。

HF-IE automatic liquid packaging machine is exclusively used for the quantitative packaging of high-quality liquid like soy, vinegar,   Chinese spirits, milk, etc. It has been awarded national utility model patent [ZL．X], with features as below:
   1. The whole machine is controlled by a single cam. The heat seal is controlled by pulling back the horizontal and vertical seals with double poles. The pressure is more even, the operation more convenient and the maintenance simpler.
   2. Heat sealing material is used to provide heat sealing packaging for various multi-layer composite film, black and white oxygen  blocking plastic wrapper, thermophilic digestion, high-pressure ethylene film and other heat sealing materials.
   3. The heat sealing temperature is controlled by high-precision intelligent microcomputer instrument. Three-side seal (side seal), back seal and four-side seal, etc. are possible.
   4. Film laying system is controlled by common laying method and film touch computer. The machine features photoelectric tracking function and has more complete and beautiful patterns. In addition, the length used can be set, displayed and adjusted and count alarm device is provided.
   5. Date is imprinted by steel letter print and carbon ribbon print.
