帶式油水分離機（刮油機、撇油機、浮油吸收機、浮油撈除機）廣泛應用于數(shù)控機床、CNC加工中心等機床中的水劑、乳化液中漂浮的油污自動分離出來，從而延長了冷卻液的壽命，同時也延長了刀具的使用壽命，保證了加工精度。

工作原理：
利用油水之間不同重力和表面張力等特性，當刮油帶穿過水面時，吸取并帶走表面各種浮油。
