一、粉體、液體涂裝線：
預(yù)處理設(shè)備主要分為物理式、化學(xué)式。
1.物理式：（1）出去附著于鋼板表面的雜質(zhì)，用稀釋劑除去油脂等污垢。
（2）如果硫酸鹽或腐蝕性鹽類，應(yīng)以清水洗凈，以壓縮空氣吹干。
（3）在鋼板預(yù)處理流水線上，一拋丸或噴砂除銹方法將氧化皮、鐵銹及其他雜質(zhì)清除干凈，然后用真空吸塵器或經(jīng)凈化器的壓縮空氣將剛才表面清除干凈。
2.化學(xué)式：浸漬式、噴射式、浸噴結(jié)合式、噴—浸—噴相結(jié)合式。主要由槽體、槽液加熱系統(tǒng)、通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、槽液攪拌系統(tǒng)、磷化除渣系統(tǒng)、油水分離系統(tǒng)等組成。其中，磷化除渣和油水分離裝置是關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)，磷化除渣有沉降法、斜板沉淀法、袋式過濾法、板框壓濾機等常用方法。油水分離主要有：吸附法、超濾法、熱油分離法和離心法等。
