板鏈輸送機(jī)描述：

板鏈線由鋼結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)軌和鋼板鏈及專(zhuān)用滾針鏈條等組成，采用鏈板拖動(dòng)電動(dòng)車(chē)做下上循環(huán)平面運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，來(lái)達(dá)到生產(chǎn)工藝目的。流水線采用組合式裝配模式，工位數(shù)可按工藝要求設(shè)定。工位配置有電風(fēng)扇、日光燈、氣路管道、鋼質(zhì)裝飾板（鋁合金裝飾板）、工裝夾具、電源插座、工具箱、鋼質(zhì)料盒（不銹鋼料盒）等系統(tǒng)配置，適用于食品、食品加工等行業(yè)的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)裝配輸送要求；
板鏈輸送機(jī)采用壓制成形鋼板固定在兩條鏈條上，按工位組合裝配。傳送方式為連續(xù)運(yùn)行或強(qiáng)制節(jié)拍控制，節(jié)拍時(shí)間，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品工藝要求可進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
