3、一步到位的電控系統(tǒng)

鍋爐操作系統(tǒng)為全自動控制，所以的控制部分均集中在一塊電腦控制板上，操作

時只需將水、電接好，按下開關(guān)鍵，鍋爐便自動進入全自動運行狀態(tài),安全更省心。

4、多重連鎖安全保護功能

    產(chǎn)品裝有安全閥、壓力控制器等超壓保護，防止鍋爐因

壓力過大而造成爆炸事故；同時具有低水位保護，在供水停止的情況下鍋爐將自

動停止工作，防止了鍋爐干燒導(dǎo)致電加熱元件損害甚至燒壞的現(xiàn)象。漏電保護器

讓操作人員和設(shè)備的安全更有保障，即使在鍋爐操作不當引起的電路短路、漏電

的情況下鍋爐也將會自動切斷電路，及時的保護好操作人員和控制線路的安全。

2、Unique internal structural design

Built-in steam-water separator has solved the difficult problem of steam containing 

water and has guaranteed high-quality of the steam. The electric-heat tube and the 

boiler body are connected with flanges, so as to ensure convenient changing, 

repairing and maintenance. The electric-heat tube can be placed under segment

 control according to the number of electric heating groups. Take the electric 

heating boiler of 150KW as example: it is made of 6 *25KW electric heat tubes, 

so it can be divided into 3 segments, each of which is controlled by 50KW. Users 

can regulate the power independently according to steam consumption, in order to 

achieve the goal of energy-conservation and convenience.

3、One-step electric control system

   The boiler operating system is under full automatic control, and all controlling 

parts are centralized on a computer control panel, so you need only to put through t

he water and power and press the switching key, and the boiler will enter the 

full-automatic operation state automatically, which is safe and worry-free.

4、Multiple safety interlock protection function

The product has been equipped with overpressure protection devices such as 

safety valve, and pressure controller, etc. checked by the boiler inspection institute, 

in order to avoid the boiler explosion accident caused due to excessive pressure; 

it also has low water-level protection, and will stop working automatically when the 

water supply stops, so there will not be the phenomenon of boiler dry heating which 

will damage and even burn out the electric heating elements. The leakage protector 

ensures more safety for operators and equipments. Even when there is short circuit 

and leakage of electricity due to improper boiler operation, the boiler will switch off 

automatically, to protect operators and control the circuit safety promptly.
