進口防火防靜電球閥的設(shè)計特點Design characteristics of imported fire and istatic ball valve
進口防火球閥由于其特殊的設(shè)計特點,廣泛應(yīng)用于比較苛刻的工況場合,比如:化工廠、石油石化、電力、鋼鐵等行業(yè),以減少工廠設(shè)備揮發(fā)性排放物、有du氣體和化學品等泄漏水平的下降。Imported fire valve because of its special design features, widely used in relatively harsh operating conditions, such as chemical plants, petroleum and petrochemical, electric power, iron and steel industry declined to reduce emissions of volatile and toxic gases and chemicals leakage level.
進口防爆電動鍛造球閥設(shè)計特點
1、超級防火設(shè)計
防止內(nèi)部泄漏:當彈性密封材料和墊圈因工廠火災(zāi)而燒損或損壞時,由于閥座彈簧預(yù)先加載的金屬閥座支承圈的邊緣會與球體發(fā)生接觸,從而可隔斷管道中的流體,使閥門內(nèi)部泄漏降到zui低限度。閥座支承圈也壓縮了作為支承圈填料的柔性石墨,從而防止了閥體和閥座支承圈之間的流體泄漏。
防止外部泄漏:通過用O型密封圈和柔性石墨壓蓋填料的雙重密封可以防止來自于閥桿的泄漏。通過用O型密封圈和柔性石墨的雙重密封也可以防止閥體連接部向外泄漏。在火災(zāi)損壞了O型密封圈之后,柔性石墨填料和墊片也可防止流體外泄。
2、緊密的關(guān)斷機構(gòu)
這種設(shè)計的特點為使上下游閥座與球保持均勻接觸,采用了浮動閥座的設(shè)計,通過閥座彈簧來達成。管線流體壓力也有助于提高密封性能。
3、隔斷和釋壓功能
閥座分別切斷了球的上游和下游兩側(cè)的管線流體。在閥門全開和全關(guān)時,閥門通徑和閥體空腔是互相隔離的,而閥體空腔中的殘留物可以通過排泄口或裝在閥體底部的可供用戶選擇的排空閥門來進行排放。這種設(shè)計防止了流體在閥門內(nèi)部的污染,而且易于從不同的流動的方向檢測出閥座的泄漏情況,而不需要把閥門從管線上拆卸下來。
4、空腔壓力的釋放
如果管線或環(huán)境溫度異常升高的話,積聚在閥體空腔中的液化氣體或高揮發(fā)性的液體就可能產(chǎn)生蒸汽,并引起空腔壓力的異常升高。出于安全的考慮,根據(jù)設(shè)計,當空腔中的壓力超過管線壓力時,閥座將略微從球面移開,從而把過高的空腔壓力釋放到管路中去。

2. Close closing mechanism
The design features a uniform contact between the upper and lower seats and the ball, the design of a floating seat, and a seat spring. The pipeline fluid pressure also helps to improve the sealing performance.
3, partition and release pressure function
The seat cut off the pipe fluid on both sides of the upstream and downstream of the ball, respectively. The valve is fully open and fully closed, the valve size and body cavity is isolated from each other, and in the cavity through the valve residue discharge or installed in the valve at the bottom for the user to select the emptying valve to discharge. This design prevents the contamination of the fluid inside the valve, and it is easy to detect the leakage of the valve seat from different directions of flow without the need to remove the valve from the pipeline.
4, the release of cavity pressure
If the pipeline or environment temperature rises abnormally, the liquefied gas or high volatile liquid accumulated in the cavity of the valve may generate steam and cause the abnormal increase of the cavity pressure. For safety reasons, according to the design, when the pressure in the cavity exceeds the pipeline pressure, the valve seat will move away from the spherical surface slightly, so as to release the excess cavity pressure into the pipeline.
防火結(jié)構(gòu):
無論是浮動球閥還是固定球閥, 閥座的耐火結(jié)構(gòu)的原理是一樣的。即在閥座密封面*失去作用時, 閥座金屬面能與球接觸, 達到暫時密封。對于浮動球閥, 靠介質(zhì)的壓力, 使球與閥座接觸對固定球閥, 主要靠彈性閥座的彈力, 使閥座與球接觸而達到密封。閥座上的金屬密封面只是起暫時的密封作用。雖然密封要求不是太嚴格, 但仍有一定的加工要求應(yīng)加工成球面或斜面。如做成球面時, 其曲率半徑要與球體*,密封面的棱角應(yīng)倒圓, 以免在裝拆時損壞球體表面密封面的光潔度不得低干▽6。
防靜電結(jié)構(gòu):
只要閥門密封副中有一方采用了絕緣體,密封副在上下或轉(zhuǎn)動過程中,由于磨擦就將產(chǎn)生靜電。由于絕緣體有集聚靜電的危險,靜電能引起火花,而火花又可能造成介質(zhì)爆炸,所以為有效的防止靜電的產(chǎn)生,就須使球體、閥頂、閥桿和閥體之間導(dǎo)電,從而把靜電引出.目前,國內(nèi)外通常采用彈性元件的連接方式,將靜電經(jīng)過彈性元件引出,在電源電壓不超過12V的防靜電電路應(yīng)具有小于10歐姆電阻的導(dǎo)電性。
