本系列設(shè)備是聚酯瓶含氣飲料的專(zhuān)用灌裝設(shè)備，集沖洗、灌裝、封蓋于一體。它主要用于汽水、可樂(lè)、汽酒、礦泉水等含氣飲料的沖洗、灌裝和塑料與螺紋蓋的封蓋。結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作安全，工作可靠，維護(hù)方便。傳輸采用卡瓶頸技術(shù)，變換瓶形無(wú)須調(diào)整設(shè)備高低，只需更換與瓶口、瓶身直徑相關(guān)的弧形導(dǎo)板、撥輪等件。全不銹鋼沖瓶機(jī)瓶夾結(jié)實(shí)耐用，不接觸瓶口螺紋部位，避免瓶口二次污染。與物料接觸零件采用食品級(jí)不銹鋼制作，無(wú)工藝死角，易清洗。采用氣動(dòng)蝶閥控制物料進(jìn)液流量，確保灌裝精度。開(kāi)閥機(jī)構(gòu)由氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)，動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確可靠。高速大流量、高精度灌裝閥，灌裝速度快，液面準(zhǔn)確無(wú)液損。封蓋頭采用磁性恒扭矩裝置，確保封蓋質(zhì)量，且不會(huì)損壞瓶蓋。采用高效的理蓋系統(tǒng)，具有的喂蓋與缺蓋保護(hù)裝置。設(shè)有完善的過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置，能有效的保護(hù)設(shè)備及操作者的安全。

The equipment is used for carbonated soft drink filling with PET bottle. It combines rinsing, filling and capping into one machine. It is mainly applicable for rinsing bottle, filling carbonated water, cola, beer and mineral water and seal the plastic screw cap. The machine has advantages of reasonable structure, safe operation , reliable working and easy maintenance. The bottle transportation adopts neck handling technology, when changing bottle size, no need to adjust machine height, only replace relative parts, such as arc board, thumb etc. The rinser gripper is in stainless steel structure, does not contact with the bottle neck thread spot, avoids the second pollution for the bottle neck. All the parts which contact with the material directly is made of food grade stainless steel, no dead angle, easy to clean. Use pnuematic butterfly valve to control material flow, which can guarantee the high filling precision. Open valve device is driven by the air cylinder, the action is accurate and reliable. High speed, large flow and high accuracy filling valve make the filling speed fast, the liquid level is stable. The capping heads adopt magnetism permanent torque device, which can guarantees the quality of sealing cap, and also does not damage the cap. Use the high effective cap sorter system, which has perfect cap feeding and cap lacking protection device. Equipped with perfect over-load protection to protect the machine and operator's security effectively.
